30-Day Guarantee
- You can raise a return/replacement request within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused (except for testing), undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories (camera, USB cable, magnetic mount, manual).
Eligible reasons
- Product received damaged or defective
- Wrong product or wrong pack size delivered
- Product not working as described
How to request a return
- Contact us via the Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- Share a short photo/video of the issue — this helps us approve requests faster (usually within 24–48 hours).
- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever serviceable.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
- COD orders: refunded via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days after quality check.
- Replacements are shipped free of charge.
Not eligible
- Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, or physical mishandling
- Requests raised after 30 days of delivery
- Products returned without original accessories or packaging
