Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how THIRD EYE (thirdeyecam.in, "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and payment confirmation (we never see or store your card/UPI credentials — payments are processed securely by our payment partners).
  • Device information: browser, IP address, and cookies used to keep the site working and improve your shopping experience.

How we use it

  • To process, ship, and deliver your orders (including sharing your address and phone number with our courier partners)
  • To verify COD orders via call/SMS/WhatsApp
  • To send order updates, and — only if you opt in — offers and updates
  • To screen orders for fraud and keep the store secure

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store — such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), courier/logistics partners, and payment processors. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your cart, keep the site functioning, and understand how visitors use the store. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & your rights

We retain order records as required for business and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the Contact Us page.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
